COVID-19 Vaccination is required for the audition and employment To be considered, candidates must complete the registration Google form.

Attendance and Punctuality

Absence:  Attendance is mandatory at rehearsals and required classes. Absences need to be discussed with Coach Ruben Pachas and Jessica Loyaga.

Presence: The members chosen to take part must be completely present during all rehearsals, they must demonstrate energy and be completely attentive during classes. They must be committed to work during rehearsal and performance.

Punctuality: Demonstrating discipline is important for the team and if a dancer is late the dancer has to warm up to the side.

Rehearsal before a performance: Dancers are required to be on time in all lessons and rehearsals in the two-week period prior to performances. If a dancer is absent, the company director may remove him or her from that performance, depending on the best interest of the team as determined by the director.

Communication and Attitude:

Expected that members support each other in each rehearsal, in each performance and even if possible outside of the rehearsal.

Communication in community: The leaders of the organization will discuss the new experiences lived and how this affects the participants. Communication between students and Teachers must be very open to communicate very clear and have the best intentions to communicate what is happening. Parents must be integrated into this communication and thus maintain community communication.

Good Attitude and Mutual Respect. Participants will show a lot of respect among themselves as an example for the new generations. Harassment in no way will be acceptable.

Correcting mistakes: If there is a lack of respect, it will be dealt with by the best way to find a solution. If this fault persists the dancer will be removed from the group and will lose performances and be part of the team for a certain time. If the problem persists the dancer will be removed forever.
